bug: Clutter in Update screen

Bug description

The update screen currently looks like this:

Mentioning that an update is available is unnecessary; the user came from an update banner to that screen.

The changelog mentions the version three times (4 times visible on the screen):

This should probably just say "Current"

All in all the screen needs a bit of a design change. I recommend taking references from other apps.
