bug: missing popup when contacting download plugin servers

Issue

Currently, ReVanced Manager does not warn you about contacting the servers you source APK files from.

Solution

Before contacting any outside IPs, let the user know and allow to go back

PS: The user should also be noticed about connecting to the API.
