Prevent using the logo with low contrast scenario, for ReVanced logo, estimate of 3.1:1 contract ratio in WCAG 2.1

This uses the 3.1:1 contrast ratio provided by WCAG 2.1 AA (large text)

The reason I included a specification is so that we define what is a good constrast for the ReVanced logo, and restrict which background colour (like bright background) get used.
