Installation
1st・Installation (Automated installation)
Launch the launcher.bat file.
2nd・Installation (Manual installation)
$ git clone https://github.com/Rdmo1/Neptune
$ python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
$ python3 neptune.py

You probably have python 3.10 which has some new shit so downgrade to python 3.9
