Rookery Injectable erroneously stated to be in Malefic Palace

Rookery Injectable was present in my world, but as far as I know, it can never spawn in the Malefic Palace.

It was instead present in Cotton's Kiln. I am under the assumption that this injectable can only spawn in burning Dran town tile sets.

I don't believe that this fits under #44 or #45.

I've seen comments that this can also occur in the Sunken Haunt and the Derelict Lighthouse, so this event may not be limited to the above two locations.
