Stone of Malevolence issue

I've seen Stone of Malevolence listed in the analyzer several times but never ran across the ring. This time I came to TIller's rest specifically to get it for a build I plan to use. I've spent the last hour 1/2 or so scouring the dungeon and not able to find the darn thing. I even switched to Explorer to use Fortune Hunter ability to scan for items and it just does not show up. Not sure if it's a bug in my game or the program detecting it incorrectly. I've seen it list in Tiller's rest several times but never actually found the ring before.
