This might break the current macOS x86 build process.

Adding x86 target on macos-latest might fix. (aarch64-apple-darwin, x86_64-apple-darwin)

will this also add support for Apple Silicon? the current binary is not executable on newer Macs and I would hope I could use resvg again :)
