Well, your files are malformed. You have duplicated id's for yellow and blue gradients in KOSZ_1223.svg. According to the SVG spec, I can choose any of them. And I choose the last one, which happens to be "empty".

Safari fails in the same way as resvg.

The only solution I can think of is to search for duplicated gradients on error.
