look for example at "specular light" and compare it with inkscape and your broswer rendering (last one)
the "light" should be in the southwest, but resvg renders in the northwest
Well, Chrome has a pretty crappy filters support, so it's hard to compare. No one really supports filters, so it's hard to tell who is right in general.
Will investigate what is wrong.
