Cannot load file or assembly RazorGenerator.Core.v3.dll

In a sitefinity app, the (Cannot load file or assembly RazorGenerator.Core.v3.dll) error appear which I believe that file exists in the given path. What could be happening?

Not familiar with sitefinity. Does everything work for you in a plain MVC app and only fail with that other app?
