I think you should make a few sections in the chat like Skype as: notification, general chat, command chat (if TFFA or siege... ), chat admins (if logged in) etc :3

There is already a tabbed chatbox that will separate global, team, admin, private channel messages. I'm not sure if I like it anymore, but I'll keep it in there. cg_chatTabs 1 should enable it - it works best on JA++ servers.
