[FR] Start tracking before choosing tags

Hi, I don't use multitasking feature, so I depend on starting an activity to stop the other.

Suppose that activity 1 is currently running, when I click on activity 2, the tags window appears however activity 1 is still running.

It makes sense for my use to stop activity 1 once I click on activity 2, why?

Because I took sometime to find and choose the suitable tag for activity 2.

Also, something I forget to click "save", and I discover that tracking activity 2 has not started.

For certain activities, I don't really figure out which tag I am going to assign before the activity ends, so I want to start tracking the activity and KEEP the tags window open. When I am done with this activity, I can now choose (or create) the tag and stop tracking.

I hope this makes sense to other users.
