Icon buttons have blind spots. Unresponsive if clicking on some areas.

There are blind spots in the icon buttons.

The "+" (add new note) button - Clicking the center sometimes does not respond. It does not have to be exact center. I tried to move slightly left/right/down the center. It does not respond.

The "delete" icon: Clicking inside the icon does not respond, you have to click on the left and outside of the icon to make it respond.

The "open in new tab" icon: Clicking around left bottom of the icon does not respond. For general note, it opens at https://general/ . I expect it to open the general note in a new tab. For domain/URL note, it opens at the domain address/URL. I expect it to open the specific note on that domain/URL.

It is an issue because when a user click on it and it does not respond, they will be confused.

Perhaps you may use a graphic image as a button, something like below. Perhaps it could solve the "blind spot" issue? Plus icon
