Release?

Any chance of a release? There's been a few nice things added since 2014. In particular, I'd like to have access to chmod-octal in a versioned release.

I've started a fresh ticket in #106 to discuss transfer of maintainership. It seems like a petty and crass concern in the face of losing someone who has contributed so much to the community, but it's a concern that will have to be addressed eventually.
