Question about the meaning of the contents in VDW dataset's range_avg.txt, shift_scale_lr.txt, and ver_ratio.txt

Thank you very much for your excellent work! I noticed that the VDW dataset includes range_avg.txt (2 numbers), shift_scale_lr.txt (4 numbers), and ver_ratio.txt (2 numbers).
