Certinfo says there is a new version, but I don't think there is!

Every time I run certinfo it tells me there is a new version and I should click to see what's new. However the page it takes me to isn't particularly related to new versions of certinfo and when I try to manually find a new version of certinfo I cannot find any newer than I am already using, which is 2024.02.
