Reddit Wallpaper Changer error

In short wallpaper does not work since I used windows10 debloater. It did when I first installed it but had to reformat and has not worked since. Thanks in advance

I have the same issue on a brand new build and new windows 10 install. installing all the pre-requisite .net stuff doesn't fix it.

I installed mine with Chocolatey and got the same on a fresh install of windows.
