MPS documentation for client specific branches requires developers to know where to look

This issue is specific to internal Ravenbrook systems.

Documentation can be found (if one knows where to look) under /html folders within the internal "infosys" for custom MPS versions. In one specific case, a /html folder was not visible when navigating the directory structure from the root of the "infosys". Even if it is deemed not appropriate or impossible to provide links to the html from here, there should be some other clear link to the html domain so that users don't have to guess what the html link might be.
