3. Restrict Assets/Global

Expected behaviour

Should be able to use options for restricted restricted assets

Actual behaviour

unable to view options or interact with them

The issue is window-size related.

I have also had problems with the visual rendering of the "Asset Balances" and "Address List" subwindows being unusable for Restricted Assets. See also related Issue: GUI: Restricted Assets - multiple issues #947
