GUI Distortion - Recent Transactions Box

GUI Distortion related to smaller window sizes.

Issue raised in #478 with the suggested fix of a menu toggle. Partially fixed in #1030 by adding an option in Options to toggle On and off the Main Menu text and replace it with suitable icons.

On testing (on windows specifically, but the issue likely exists on the other platforms) the issue was only partially resolved as the distortion still occurs to the Recent Transactions box when users further reduce window width but should be much less noticeable when the menus text is toggled off as made possible in #1030.

Open to suggestions on how we can fix and handle this better.
