Sync: ERROR: ConnectTip(): ConnectBlock

Sometimes my PC running my node / wallet for RVN locks up. I then have to hard boot it.

Then the db gets whacked. My new error is this:

2021-10-20 22:39:29 ERROR: ConnectTip(): ConnectBlock 00000000000064e1c4c33253afe38271f2126c9c78a7e0f80fb506c870f84fe0 failed

I tried doing the debug with:

invalidateblock 00000000000064e1c4c33253afe38271f2126c9c78a7e0f80fb506c870f84fe0 reconsiderblock 00000000000064e1c4c33253afe38271f2126c9c78a7e0f80fb506c870f84fe0 clearbanned

...but that trick didn't work. No love.

Any thoughts on what I can do to resolve this? My wallet is now syn'd at 99.96% and has a progress increase per hour of -0.00% LOL
