[GUI] Importing 12 word seed does not rescan the blockchain

Wallet version 4.3.2.1

When a user imports the seed while the wallet is already synced, the funds do not show up. After a rescan, this issue seems to be solved. I recommend adding a rescan after the user is finished with the import seed window.

Can you please tell the procedure to rescan? I am facing the same issue. My funds are not showing up after wallet reinstallation. Rescan option from Wallet repair didn't help either.
