Allow update of lastMod date of Subjects on new replies, and lastmod date of Forums on new subjects

TODO:

  • Update Last Changed date on child type (new replies for topics, new topics for forums)
  • Sticky topics Priority elevation +1 of fixed ?
  • higher Super sticky topics Priority elevation +2 or max ?
  • Verify automatic Priority calculation for Forums
  • Consider Forum Status "Closed"...
