Allow setting the poster language per library

I have two separate libraries: One for English content and one for German. RPDB provides only one setting that applies to all libraries with regards to the poster language.

Since Emby allows specifying this setting on a per library base, it would be nice if RPDB would retrieve that setting for each library and set it for RPDB usage accordingly.

This might be an edge case, but I think there might be other folks who'd like the same functionality :)

Hi, sorry for not seeing your issue sooner, not sure how i managed to miss it. The thing is that I worked on the Emby plugin in this period and just released a huge update to it, but from my experience this isn't possible with a plugin because the settings are global and it does not have access to know what libraries are available on the plugin setup page.. This would be possible with the RPDB Folders app, but I made the language setting global there also from the start. (still, it would at least be possible in that context)
