Add some troubleshooting tips during install

Good addition. But I'll make some changes before I merge it.

The section Alternate install instructions on Ubuntu 21 is almost the same as the install instructions that already exists, so I think the only thing that has to be added to the existing instructions is how to add ~/go/bin to your path.

I also think that installing libxtst-dev can be more general with examples of what the package is named in other distros.
