deploy sara to k8s

let's set her up on k8s to:

  • dogfood the process of setting it up using the docs
  • handle all of the traffic that we have
  • understand better how to debug issues in k8s
  • automate image pulling and upgrades?

Current status: sara-k8s.rasa.com is connected to git, but is not live anywhere. We are currently waiting on importing the conversations. We ran into an issue (https://github.com/RasaHQ/rasa-x/issues/2524) that we believe will be addressed by https://github.com/RasaHQ/rasa-x/pull/2487
