Retrieve bank account/credit card account details

Add skill for retrieving bank account/credit card account details. Could be asked for by e.g.: "What is my account number?" "I need my account details" "credit card number"

Could have different answers based on entities? ( account number vs. credit card vs routing number etc) https://github.com/RasaHQ/customers/issues/185
