[Bug] Doesn't Put Tabs in Assigned Groups Majority Of The Time

When you set a certain domain to open in a specific group, it does not always work. Most times it just opens it in the first group. Not sure what causes this.

It actually works as designed until I check the "Remember my decision for this site". Then once it is checked, the site opens in the current group.

I can't confirm but that might've been what was happening to me as well
