[feedback]: Parse relative URLs

What would you like to tell us?

When an API respond with HTML, and this contains some relative URL, Rapid API in VS Code don't resolve this, so I have no JS, or CSS, or IMG that are relative

Thunder API client can parse this URLs (I check that file exists)
