Cleaning up to improve readability

Cleaning up to improve readability especially in the parts that are related to showing menu's or user prompts.

I have also removed the separate Windows 10 app removal logic that was added as a workaround for issues that have since been fixed.

Lastly, I have separated the CreateRestorePoint logic to always be checked/run before executing any changes, as I found some edge-cases where that wasn't the case before.
