Describe the issue

I have Winget installed. When I run your program, it says it is not installed. I can go into my cmd line and confirm it is in my system. I do not know how to solve this issue

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open your program
  2. Choose default mode
  3. Manually choose which apps to remove
  4. Select those and run removal
  5. When your program sees an MS progra,m it says I do not have Winget
  6. Winget is found using CMD.

Error output

Unable to remove program because Winget is not installed.

Heya,

Could you check for me the version of winget you have installed?

You can do this by copying this command into CMD:

winget -v

The commands Win11Debloat uses require version 1.4 or higher, and the script checks the version during execution. It shows the error if it's not installed or the winget version is too old. On my machine I get the following version output: v1.12.350

my version is the same as yours. Our values are identical. :) Thanks,

That's very strange, could you share your log file? If you used the quick method to download and run the script it should be found at %localappdata%/Temp/Win11Debloat. Simply copy/paste that into your Windows Explorer address bar and look for the Win11Debloat.log file, otherwise it will be in the folder of wherever you unzipped the script.
