0.7% render time are really micro optimizations. Those aren't needed in minecraft's immediate mode rendering code as there a plenty parts of it which have far more severe performance impacts/problems.
Please provide more information like installed mods, screenshot how its supposed to look and how it looks with IF, steps how I can reproduce it
