[compatibility] Quark rune glint doesn't render on hotbar

With IF installed, the gune glint from quark does not render in the hotbar. It still renders while in the inventory gui or while held in hand, just the hotbar is the issue. Versions used:

Minecraft 1.19.2 Forge 43.3.2 ImmediatelyFast 1.2.8 Quark 3.4-418

I would just like to corroborate this report with my own testing. Noticed this in my modpack, and tested with only the following installed:

Minecraft 1.19.2 Forge 43.3.7 ImmediatelyFast 1.2.10 Quark 3.4-418 AutoRegLib 1.8.20-55 (API for Quark)

Without IF: The first sword has a Quark Rune on it, the second has a normal enchantment

With IF: This is the same sword, but the colored enchantment gleam is gone.

With IF, the modded enchantment gleam is still present in the menus, just not the hotbar.
