Colored ring around the images

My generated de-blurred image has a colored ring around the image and I do not understand why. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you Screenshot from 2019-12-05 20-45-57

It has been trained on images from streets and might get troubled by the black border. Can you provide a sample of your original image? Is there a real blurring on this dataset?
