Alcohol effect not working

It could be possible user error but everything is copied over properly that I am aware of but the alcoholic drinks are just doing the non alcoholic animation and no effects are added, looked in the scripts shows it should have a whiskey animation but is doing the coffee animation instead meaning that the drinks are not triggering as alcoholic just regular drinks. Any help by chance with this would be greatly appreciated!
