AdvancedPortals: Please update and fix!

Of all the mods you've done, this is one of the better. Love how it doesn't remove the usefulness of Boats but make it easier to collect things "one tier back".

Sadly doesn't seem to work to well atm. It works. First portal works with everything but throws an enormous amount of errors when inside a warded area (using BetterWards, don't know if that have anything to do with it).

When using it together with TargetPortal by Smoothbrain the first portal works as intended but the rest of the portals added doesn't show the portal (just empty frame) but can still portal you. However you can't name them and you can't change who can use them with the gropu/guild plugins (also by Smoothbrain).
