0.9.25 [bug] - some bounty initialization not working

When accepting affected bounty it's trying to find location. For 20-30s trader screen is not responsive. No information that location could not be found appears. After ui starts to respond you can try to accept again to no avail. If this issue appears game performance drops significantly and does not recover until game restart (60fps down to 30fps after 1 try and even as low as 10fps if multiple attempts). In most cases after restart same bounty still does not work.
