Bounty targets (most often minions) spawn under the ground or invisible

When it happens only killall command works. Can still see them through Alertness Rune form Rune Magic. 2 player dedicated server, epic loot 0.9.20 wondering if creature size increase from Creature Spawn and Level Control can be the cause.

Some with me. Can not claim any bounties. Even if target is single.. Sometimes it is just not visible. Or after being killed by me it does not detect it and bounty is still running.
