Can't change keybinds

I want to change the keybinds to the quickslots so I went to the config files and edited the lines as such:

Hotkey for Quick Slot 1. Setting type: KeyboardShortcut Default value: Z Quick slot hotkey 1 = 9

Hotkey for Quick Slot 2. Setting type: KeyboardShortcut Default value: V Quick slot hotkey 2 = mouse4

Hotkey for Quick Slot 3. Setting type: KeyboardShortcut Default value: B Quick slot hotkey 3 = mouse5

but whenever I launch the game it changes to:

Hotkey for Quick Slot 1. Setting type: KeyboardShortcut Default value: Z Quick slot hotkey 1 = Tab

Hotkey for Quick Slot 2. Setting type: KeyboardShortcut Default value: V Quick slot hotkey 2 = V

Hotkey for Quick Slot 3. Setting type: KeyboardShortcut Default value: B Quick slot hotkey 3 = B

I use thunderstore mod manager and my installed mods are: BepInExPack_Valheim Server_devcommands EquipmentAndQuickSlots FarmGrid

*Edit, I found these configs %AppData%\Thunderstore Mod Manager\DataFolder\Valheim\profiles\Default\BepInEx\config Changing them worked OK for me
