Alternative EpicLoot.MagicItemComponent Serialization

Implemented alternative CUSTOM serialization of EpicLoot's MagicItemComponent that replaces the JSON serialization but is also backwards compatible with existing JSON serialized files. This is a working initial version, but it needs more testing.
