Epic loot Json file

Randy the Json file in epic loot called enchantcosts.json is not validating. I have tried to fix it but not that good at it. Can you please take a look and verify what i am saying? and if its not broken please explain why i cant get it to validate? if i am right...lol can you please fix it and send me a copy ?

actually there are a lot of the json files that are not validating which might be the cause of many issues . enchantcosts.json legendaries.json loottables.json magiceffects.json recipes.json and translations.json ALL will not validate.
