Hi! Thanks for reporting.

The static Italic fonts from the main branch is currently being reworked from the start to match the letterforms, proportions, and metrics of the Upright (Roman) fonts. Only a few letters have been properly italicised since I only started a couple weeks ago, and it will take a long time before the new Italic masters are finished.

You can still get proper Italic from version 0.4 if you need them, but at the moment, the latest version only has the Roman version.
