GUI not scaling properly with Windows scale

Problem Description

GUI is not scaling properly with Windows scale. This is 150%:

That's an issue with the library I use: Fluent.Ribbon. A while ago I opened an issue for them to fix it: https://github.com/fluentribbon/Fluent.Ribbon/issues/774

If you scale everything under System -> Display it should work without any trouble. It's only when you change text size specifically that there are problems.
