File removal after encoding (post-encoding)

Problem Description

File removalafter endoing is not working if source file is deiferent format. For example xxx.avi encoded and saved as xxx.mp4, bot file still existst but there should be only mp4- avi should be deleted.

There are a few reasons why source file deletion can fail. It should be logged in the General log tab.

I'm going to make a change for that logging to show up with the encode log itself.
