Sorry, I don't know exactly what you mean. "DRC" can help level volume across a track, and Gain can make the volume louder or softer, but I don't know exactly what you're asking for.

The closest thing would be DRC. The HandBrake API that VidCoder uses does not expose any additional audio normalization features.

I can't incorporate that into the API, you'll need to ask the authors of HandBrake to do that.
