Subtitles not encoding

Problem Description

If I add an MKV with subtitles, select the subtitle I want and add to the queue, no problem. If I then Drag and drop the next file and add to the queue, no problem, If I drag and drop the rest of the folder, the subtitles do not encode.

What version of VidCoder are you running?

If you load up an individual track it will try and take the subtitle settings that you manually chose on the loaded video. If you bring in an entire batch it uses the settings specified in the Picker window. You should be able to specify the track you want there.
