Crash on sleep

Switch (7.0.1) crashes with atmosphere (0.8.9) if its on sleep mode.

Can also reproduce on 6.2.0 using ReiNX.

Switch also crashes when the client doesn't have access to System32\config.txt. Why it needs access to that specific file and why it needs to be in System32, I have no idea.
