On open-in-browser, do some kind of feedback or animation

Needs design. The issue is when you have it set to open in your browser in the background — you have no obvious way of knowing if the app did anything.

This would be a big help for me! Previous versions of NNW would change the font on the review to a "visited link" color which was helpful when I wanted to open a range of items in browser and wanted to make sure I hadn't accidentally missed one.
