Sometimes articles are not fetched

Steps: Leave NNW open for days.

What happened: Sometimes new articles are not fetched. If you then quit the app and relaunch, you got like 40 new articles. So it appears the app uses a different fetch mechanism on launch than when already running.

Expected result: The app always fetches articles.

I can reassure you that it uses the same mechanism at launch as every other time it refreshes. :) But I can think of things that could cause this.

What version are you running? Mac or iOS? Which syncing system?

I just fixed a likely cause of this — the fix will appear in 6.2. If this continues after 6.2 is released, we can reopen the bug.
