I'm also seeing some inconsistencies with icons assigned to the feed but pointing to icons from other feeds. I only noticed it recently.
@ricardopereira Would you provide some example feeds that have the wrong icon? Bonus points if you have the feed URLs that they’re stealing. Thanks!
Sure, here's an example I'm seeing now, in iOS (v6.1.8 (6146)) and macOS (v6.1.9 (6135))

It's showing the icon from avanderlee.com/ instead of contaspoupanca.pt/.
@ricardopereira Which syncing system are you using? (Feedly, iCloud, Feedbin, etc.)
@brentsimmons Oh, I think I found the culprit. I'm using FreshRSS. The Feed URL is set to https://www.avanderlee.com/feed/ and the Home Page URL is https://contaspoupanca.pt/ but my FreshRSS is correct:
It looks like to be a cache issue. I deleted the app and installed it again. I setup my FreshRSS account and now things are looking good. Maybe adding a "Clear Cache" option might be important for these kind of issues.

Same is happening here. Also backed by FreshRSS however fees appear correct in the FreshRSS UI.
I just refreshed my feed and all shown feeds have icons again! Was anything recently changed on your end?
